Alfa Laval deepens its commitment to the global food industry with new Food & Pharma Division

Alfa Laval’s new Food & Pharma Division represents a renewed strategic commitment to the global food industry. The organizational transformation builds on Alfa Laval’s long-standing expertise in separation, heat transfer and fluid handling while increasing its focus on innovation and customer-specific solutions.

The division serves a broad food value chain spanning dairy, beverages, edible oils, meat and fish processing, alternative proteins and fermentation-based production.

Alfa Laval highlights technologies such as hygienic heat exchangers, decanters, separators and fermentation systems that can help food producers improve yields, maximize uptime and reduce water and energy consumption.
